ALANA Women in Leadership
Dr. Sharitta F. Gross is a scholar, philanthropist and entrepreneur. She is the Senior Manager of Enterprise Development & Performance Excellence at City of Hope, which is a designated comprehensive cancer center. With over 20 years’ experience in the fields of higher education, workforce development and human services, she is also the founder of ELLA Consulting. For this event, Dr. Gross will be discussing her experiences in leadership and the work that she is currently doing to empower women.
