Anxiety Toolbox Workshop
Do you struggle with anxiety like so many of us? Join CaPS provider, Thomas Peechatt, LMHC, in this workshop to learn more about the anxiety you experience and to develop skills for managing it.
These are single sessions. The session includes a 90 minute workshop and combines 3 focus areas dedicated to:
- understanding anxiety,
- introducing a method for slowing down and disentangling the experience of anxiety, and
- developing alternative, healthier responses. By the end of the workshop, you will have the tools to create your own individualized plan for managing anxiety.
