Audio Description Training

Audio description is a service for persons who are blind or low vision which allows them to access the visual experience of live performances and events, exhibits, and/or film, either through live narration or a handheld device. Deborah Lewis, president of Audio Description Solutions, will provide in-person training March 25-27. Training is provided free to anyone who commits to audio describing two productions for the NTID Performing Arts Department within the next two years. No theater experience is necessary!
Presented in spoken English with ASL interpretation. Registration is required.

Schedule:
Fri: 7:30 - 9:30 p.m. Participants attend "Men on Boats" (tickets provided).
Sat: 10 am - 5:30 p.m. Training.
Sun. 10 am - 5 p.m. Training.
