Beyond 2026

Beyond 2026 is a week of talks and open conversations at RIT addressing life’s biggest questions in a thoughtful, non-performative space. Students of all backgrounds are welcome to attend, listen, and reflect. The event includes 3 nights of talks each covering a different topic and followed by a Q&A.

Talk 1: Why does suffering exist, and how do people make sense of it? This talk explores how humans respond to pain, loss, and hardship, and how the Christian worldview engages questions of suffering, meaning, and hope.
