Campus Connect: Let’s Taco ‘Bout Feelings!

Just as tacos have many flavors and layers, so do our emotional experiences. Join CaPS for a creative workshop where we’ll explore emotions through the metaphor of building a taco. Participants are invited to create their “feelings taco” and to talk, reflect, and practice skills for identifying and communicating emotions.
