Dr. Alicia Wooten, Assistant Professor of Biology at Gallaudet University and co-founder of Atomic Hands, will share her experience as a Deaf scientist navigating the journey of figuring out where and what to do next in the world of biomedical science. She will also discuss the importance of science communication in ASL and how Atomic Hands aims to bring the community together.
