Whether you are a seasoned expert, just learning or curious on how a practice of breath work or progressive muscle relaxation can benefit you, join us for discussion and share tips with others to improve your well-being and perhaps reduce stress as well. Counseling and Psychological Services therapist, Doug Newcomb, will facilitate a session to share and learn to use progressive muscle relaxation to de-stress life and perhaps even improve sleep hygiene.
