CaPS Midday Meditations (interpreter available)

Join a therapist from Counseling and Psychological Services as they guide you through a meditation exercise to help manage the challenges we are all currently facing. Each week will introduce a new meditation focus (schedule below) and will involve brief and informal connection and discussion before and after meditative practice.
