Join fellow RIT students and Counseling and Psychological Services (CaPS) staff for our series of weekly virtual drop-in connections. This particular weekly series features topic specific discussions. Tune in each week or attend only the topics that you might find most helpful.

Show up and talk about how you're doing, what you're learning about yourself and other stuff. It'll be an opportunity for connection and sharing. Appropriate "show and tell" welcomed! Wed 7/22, 3-4pm EST.

**You do not need to be connected with CaPS to participate. Please be aware, these groups are not a replacement for psychotherapy. Please contact CaPS at 585-475-2261 if you are interested in scheduling a telemental health consultation. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis please call 211 or 911 locally or your local equivalent.
**Please register for each Virtual Drop-In Connection separately as each event has a unique zoom link that will be emailed to you upon registration confirmation.
