CaPS Virtual Drop-In Group

Join Counseling and Psychological Services (CaPS) for a virtual drop-in group designed to help you thrive and connect during this time of transition. These groups are designed to create a safe space to discuss emotional reactions to the COVID-19 pandemic and its many consequences, including:
• abrupt transition to online learning
• being forced to unexpectedly leave your college community
• adjusting to living at home with family, friends, or alone
• grief regarding important semester milestones being cancelled or postponed
• fear about illness
• uncertainty about co-ops and jobs
Groups will be held Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 2pm-3pm EST. Register through CampusGroups to join one of this week's groups:

**You do not need to be connected with CaPS to participate. Please be aware, these groups are not a replacement for psychotherapy. Please contact CaPS at 585-475-2261 if you are interested in scheduling a telehealth consultation. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis please call 211 or 911 locally or your local equivalent.
