Island flavors are almost here at Cantina and Grille! On Monday, August 11, a bold, Caribbean-inspired menu is launching at the Global Cuisine station in Cantina and Grille.

Menu highlights include:

  • Jamaican jerk chicken, Haitian pork griot, and ropa vieja
  • Sides like Jamaican rice and beans, yuca con mojo, and Caribbean potato salad
  • Add-ons such as fried plantains, empanadas, and yuka bites with pineapple jalapeño sauce
  • Desserts like rum cake and Nutella-filled dessert empanadas, and more

Stop by from 11 a.m.- 6 p.m. to explore the delicious dishes—just in time for summer’s final stretch!
