Circuit Training at the Lobozzo Alumni House
Looking for a perfect blend of strength and cardio? Circuit Training is a great total-body workout that will keep your heart pumping. This class involves alternating between strength work and cardio challenges with short rest intervals, and incorporates moves that target the upper body, lower body and core to work on strength, endurance and stability. All fitness levels are welcome to join!

What to Expect:
Instructor, Michelle Lezette, will guide you through a series of exercises designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness, build lean muscle and strengthen your core. All exercise circuits will feature timed intervals, allowing participants to work at their own level. No choreography, or prior experience required. Bring a mat, towel, and water bottle; no other equipment will be necessary.
