Deaf Hub: Budding Futures: Exploring Healthcare Opportunities

Deaf Hub hosts an event, “Budding Futures: Exploring Healthcare Opportunities” on Saturday, April 19 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the entire second floor of the Student Development Center (SDC) area at RIT/NTID.
This event on Saturday, April 19, hosted by Deaf Hub, is designed for deaf and hard-of-hearing middle and high school students, and children of deaf adults curious about healthcare careers. This unique opportunity allows students to connect with deaf and hard-of-hearing health care professionals, learn about various fields, and discover career pathways to a future in health care. Guardians are welcome and encouraged to attend. Guardians are asked to RSVP by Monday, April 14 using this form.
This event is an excellent opportunity to explore health care career options and learn first-hand from those working in the field! Interpreting services have been requested.
This project is funded in part by IF/THEN, an initiative of Lydia Hill Philanthropies. If you have any questions about this event, please contact Dr. Tiffany Panko and Zara Thompson at deafhub@rit.edu.
