Brienna Herold is a data engineer whose career has spanned multiple fields. She worked at the National Institutes of Health researching cancer drug development. She studied disaster risk reduction management in Bonn, Germany. She published first-author research analyzing audism in artificial intelligence. Most recently, Bri worked at The New York Times managing data pipelines and co-founded Signs of Good Food, a social media brand combining sign language and good food. Her talk will explore her nonlinear path through data, sharing research and insights from both academia and industry.
