"Design for Diversity" Innovation Day
Design for Diversity is a day-long creativity challenge starting with a Gray Matter-like discussion on the dynamics that create unfair divisions among people. Participants will see presentations of student works that are already promoting towards these goals. From there teams will brainstorm ideas for products and services that would aid in closing the separation. These ideas paired with materials, tools, and mentors to help you advance throughout the day in mock-ups and prototypes. At the end of the day the teams can present their work.Sunday April 10th from 8:30am-5:00pm - 1600 Student Innovation Hall in the Simone Center. Please join us on Facebook here: https://www.facebook.com/events/660756387360121/And sign up for the event here: https://form.jotform.com/60345070159956For more information, contact Mark Brown, President of the Innovator_s Hour at mrb5142@rit.edu.
