Difficult Dialogue Facilitation Training

Interested in facilitating difficult conversations on campus? We are looking for a handful of students, staff and faculty who are willing to be trained and lead uncomfortable but beneficial dialogue for the Gray Matter and/or Breaking Bread: Circles programs.

Gray Matter is a one-hour commitment each month on a Friday (12pm-1pm) to promote critical exploration of provocative topics. The goal is to be civil during disagreements and actively search for commonalities.

Breaking Bread: Circles is a new five-week commitment (February 22-March 26) to practice dialogue skills rather than debate in a cohort model. One topic will be the focus of this sustained experience.
