EmpowHER: Therapeutic Smash Plates
EmpowHER provides a safe space centered on the experiences of Black women and nonbinary students. Facilitated by CaPS therapists Patrice Anderson, LMHC-D, and Shantél Richardson, LMHC-D, each session uses creative activities and open dialogue to offer space to be seen, heard, and empowered.
During this EmpowHER session, join us for a therapeutic smash plate experience designed to help you release tension in a safe and supportive environment. Write, reflect, and then smash, because sometimes the best way to move forward is to break what’s holding you back. Open to all students.
