This free event is offered through the Wesleyan Engage 2020 Speaker Series. This series will feature an array of public figures from diverse backgrounds - all with compelling messages about the power of students and young people to affect change and urgency of this moment.

This event will feature a panel of activists, organizers, and organizational leaders (Alicia Hernandez Strong '16, Lorenzo Jones, Julian Adler '02, Earl Bloodworth and Andrew Clark) who will share their experiences with criminal justice reform, reflect on how it is represented in public discourse, and discuss its relevance to the upcoming elections.

Moderated by Allie Cislo, Program Manager, the Center for Prison Education.
