My Entrepreneurial Journey
Roger Halvorsen is an RIT industrial/mechanical engineering graduate. After graduation, he worked in various engineering positions in several industries and received an MBA in international finance. In 1987 he started Clinical Systems, Inc., a company that helps pharmaceutical companies execute protocols and prepare materials to conduct clinical trials for new drug entities. After navigating the company through several decades of performance, he sold the company in 2020 to CCL, a global healthcare technology leader. He presently lives on Long Island with his wife Carole in the same village where they raised their two children.
