Faith & Feelings: Exploring the Intersection of Spirituality and Mental Health

Join Spirituality and Religious Life (SRL) and Counseling and Psychological Services (CaPS) for a four-week discussion group on spirituality and mental health.  Unsure of what to expect?

Each week's session (February 3, 10, 17, and 24, from 3–4 p.m.) will build upon the next, teaching Cognitive Behavioral Therapy tools while helping students grow in their conception of faith or no faith. We will explore how spirituality and mental health intersect on our life’s journey to discover and make meaning.
