FirstByte: Wellness Mondays - Gratitude

Wellness Mondays

This hands-on activity will allow students to reflect on the benefits on gratitude and specific things in their own lives they may be grateful for. The hope is that students will walk away with the call to action to engage in a small practice of gratitude every day in order to impact their mental health positively.

Objectives of the Programs: 

  1. Explain 3 benefits of gratitude in daily practice.
  2. Create a tool they can use to practice gratitude.
