Join Health Promotions and the College of Computing for Wellness Mondays!
Does your bedroom set you up for success? Visit the Wellness Peer Educators to build a version of your bedroom and learn small changes that may improve the quantity and quality of your sleep!
Objectives - By the end of the program, students will be able to:
1. List three elements of their sleep environment that impacts their sleep.
2. Set one goal to change their sleep environment.
- Registration preferred but not required - just walk up to our table in the Golisano Atrium!
- First-years encouraged, Open to all RIT
