FirstByte: Wellness Mondays - Single-Tasking

This program will include a fun activity that will challenge students to reflect on the ways in which multitasking can be detrimental to mental health and actually decrease productivity. The WPEs will then discuss strategies to try implementing single tasking in their lives.
Objectives of the Programs:
- Explain how single-tasking supports mindfulness, reduces stress levels, and increases productivity.
- Identify ways to avoid multitasking and integrate single-tasking into their lives.
