Join RIT Health Promotions and the College of Computing for Wellness Mondays!
Objective - By the end of the program, students will be able to:
1. Identify two benefits of work-life balance
2. Identify one way in which they will improve their work-life balance.
This program will focus on the ways in which RIT students may overload themselves. Through a reflective activity, students will identify where their time is spent, and discuss with WPEs how they may be able to achieve more balance in order to reduce their levels of stress.
- Registration preferred but not required - just walk up to our table in the Golisano Atrium!
- First-years encouraged, Open to all RIT
