FirstByte Wellness Mondays: Is Your Life Balanced?
Join RIT Health Promotions and the College of Computing for Wellness Mondays!
Have you ever felt overwhelmed by the number of things you HAVE to do? Then, you're left with little time for the things you WANT to do! The Wellness Peer Educators will share strategies to improve the balance between your have-to tasks and your want-to tasks!
Objectives - By the end of the program, students will be able to:
1. Identify two benefits of work-life balance.
2. Identify one way in which they will improve their work-life balance.
This program will focus on how RIT students may overload their busy schedules. Through a reflective activity, students will identify where their time is spent, and discuss with Wellness Peer Educators how they may be able to achieve more balance in order to reduce their levels of stress.
- Registration is preferred not required - just walk up to our table in the atrium
- Open to all RIT, first-year computing students, encouraged to attend.
