Yakisoba is a Japanese fried noodle dish that came into existence in Japan around 1950 after World War II. Gua Bao is a staple street food in Taiwan, which is a steamed bun stuffed with pork belly or tofu. The matcha marble pound cake is made from Japanese matcha tea, a fine powder made from the tea plant Camellia Sinensis.
