Millions of people around the world have seen the stage version of Disney's The Lion King. World-renown and Tony awarded choreographer, Garth Fagan created the movement used in the original production. Participants in this workshop will learn basic Garth Fagan Dance techniques that were inspiration for and provided the building blocks used in creating the dances for the Broadway production of The Lion King. Dancers are encouraged to bring
a large sheet and baseball cap as part of the props to be used to emulate the choreography from Lion King. This will be a very exciting one-of-a-kind workshop!

Attire: Dancewear or comfortable/flexible clothes (tights, sweatpants, leotard, t-shirt, ballet slippers, jazz shoes, bare feet, etc.)
