Global Eats at Gracie's
Global Eats at Gracie's is Thursday, February 13th from 4:30-8:00 p.m. Come and enjoy a variety of different foods from China, Croatia, Dubai, and Kosovo! Below are the dishes that will be available: RIT China Cantonese Char Siu: Barbeque Chinese roasted pork, served with Fried rice and Bok Choy. RIT Croatia Meatballs and Mash potatoes: Wholesome tomato sauce meatballs on mash potatoes. RIT Dubai Seekh Kebab on Naan bread: Spicy grilled ground meat served on Naan bread with Biryani rice topped with spicy cabbage and red onion slaw with cucumber and tomato with drizzle of onion ketchup sauce. RIT Kosovo Pita chip and Falafel Nachos: Vegetarian nachos, with chickpeas, cucumber, diced tomato, diced red onion, shredded lettuce, olives, corn with tangy tzatziki sauce.
