Chef Anecdote:
Chef Daniel Morales grew up in a Spanish home with Latin cuisine, so choosing to create a Cuban menu is authentic to his upbringing and right up his alley. He choose this menu because he felt students would love the varity of this authentic menu. Some dishes and certain tastes bring him back to being a child, spending hours in the kitchen with Grandma in order to put smiles on her family's faces.
