Graduate Student Anxiety Toolbox
Do you struggle with anxiety like so many of us? Join CaPS provider, Thomas Peechatt, LMHC, in Workshop, intended exclusively for graduate students.
This single session, 90 minute workshop, combines 3 focus areas dedicated to: 1) understanding anxiety, 2) introducing a method for slowing down and disentangling the experience of anxiety, and 3) developing alternative, healthier responses. By the end of the workshop, you will have the tools to create your own individualized plan for managing anxiety.
