Group Exercise Dance HIIT
Join us this summer for a new group exercise offering, free of charge to all RIT faculty and staff. This dance HIIT class is a combination of cardio and strength training, with choreographed dances to popular songs.
Grab a friend and join us to sweat for a full-body workout every Thursday from 5-5:45 p.m.
If you have hand weights (3-8 lbs) and/or a yoga mat for floor exercises, we encourage you to bring them along. These items are not required to attend.
No dance experience is necessary to participate, and all moves can be modified for various levels of difficulty.

This is an RIT Only Event
