Inclusive Hiring Training
There will be three trainings available this spring semester for RIT faculty and staff to learn about best practices for hiring an inclusive workforce. We will discuss what "fit" means, bias in hiring practices and explore some common inclusive and equitable strategies throughout the hiring process. Search committees are welcomed, but so are individuals interested in learning more.
