Inclusive Hiring Training
Opportunity to learn tips that minimize bias and create a welcoming atmosphere by using effective practices throughout the hiring process. The training is best for faculty positions and Assistant Director or higher staff positions. If hiring for entry level positions, you can complete the LinkedIn Unconscious Bias in Recruiting and Interviewing training.
