Professor Keith Bybee from Syracuse University College of Law will lecture on “Individualism and the Supreme Court.

Short Bio: Keith J. Bybee is a Paul E. and Hon. Joanne F. Alper ’72 Judiciary Studies Pro-fessor at the Syracuse University College of Law and Professor of Political Sci-ence at SU’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. He also directs the Institute for the Study of the Judiciary, Politics, and the Media (IJPM). Be-fore joining SU, he was a faculty member in Harvard University’s Government Department. Bybee’s areas of research interest are the judicial process, legal theory, political philosophy, LGBT politics, the politics of race and ethnicity, American politics, constitutional law, codes of conduct, and the media.
