Interdisciplnarity in Tenure + Promotion: Building an Interdisciplinary Community
Join colleagues for a practical, hands-on workshop designed to demystify how interdisciplinary teaching, research, and service are evaluated in lecturer, tenure-track, and promotion-to-full pathways. Four speakers will offer brief core principles for navigating the process before participants move into trackbased groups and guided planning exercises. Come with a question; leave with a concrete strategy for your dossier.
