International Service with the Peace Corps

Student volunteering with Peace Corps

If you've had an interest in the Peace Corps, this is your chance to learn about meaningful opportunities to go abroad after graduation with the Peace Corps. Through Peace Corps’ two-year program life-defining experiences, volunteers fully integrate into a host country community, where they live and work on projects related to education, health, economic development, environment, agriculture, and youth development. This workshop will cover Peace Corps programs, benefits and commitment, the requirements, and how to apply.

Presenters: Teckla Persons, Peace Corps Recruiter

This workshop is part of the ROC Your Global Future International Education Week events - a joint initiative of RIT and six other Rochester-area colleges.
