Leader to Leader: Diversity in the Workplace

In today's competitive job market, employers are looking for candidates that are not only competent in their area of study, but also hold a variety of other skills. Leader to Leader will allows students to connect with and learn from a panel of RIT Alumni and young professionals to understand their experiences as they transitioned from student to professional and also offer insight into how students can plan and work towards their professional goals.

Our alumni panel for this month's Leader to Leader will be Dr. Sharitta Gross, Diedra Livingston, Bruce Elliott, and Jahmar Elliott. Dr. Gross currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia as a consultant and philanthropist focusing on women empowerment and leadership, Diedra Livingston is the Assistant Director for Diversity Initiatives for Career Services at RIT, Bruce Elliott is an engineer by trade and a serial entrepreneur, and Jahmar Elliott has worked in the human resources space for almost a decade recruiting diverse talent for companies such as Wegmans, L3 Harris and now RIT. We have an amazing group of panelists and you do not want to miss out on this discussion!
