Lecture with renowned illustrator Doug Chayka '96

Doug Chayka ’96 (illustration) is a renowned freelance illustrator who has a client list that includes The Atlantic, Boston Globe, New York Times, New Yorker, Washington Post and many other publications. Hear about his career as an artist, which includes frequent trips to Berlin, Germany, during a public talk at 4 p.m. Thursday, March 28, in Booth Hall, room 3310. He will also visit School of Art classes during his visit to RIT. Chayka’s editorial work is a mix of traditional illustration and contemporary methods, such as animated GIFs for digital platforms.
