LGBTQ+ Allyship Workshop
This workshop is intended to give College of Science staff members a primer on the language of gender and sexuality, as well as resources for how best to support LGBTQ+ students and colleagues in our community. We will discuss both broadly shared experiences of trans- and homophobia and issues that are specific to STEM contexts. We will also have space for participants to bring questions or challenges specific to their own work contexts for reflection or feedback. This workshop is open to all COS staff members.
