Lunch & Learn: Gen Z & WE@RIT
In Spring of 2020, WE@RIT Director Kathy Ehrlich-Scheffer completed a formal needs assessment for the Women in Engineering program as part of her Master’s Capstone. You are invited to a lunch and learn with Kathy as she presents her research “Understanding Gen Z’s Declining Engagement with WE@RIT.” Who is Gen Z and how has this cohort impacted WE@RIT programming?
