Loving Conflict: How to enter conflict with curiosity and without fear
Description: Let’s be honest. Conflict can feel awkward, uncomfortable, and sometimes even scary, yet it is part of every classroom, workplace, and relationship on or off campus. This workshop turns those tense moments into opportunities for clarity and connection by teaching practical strategies that make hard conversations feel less intimidating and a lot more human. In this workshop, you will walk away knowing how to:
• Navigate hard conversations
• Communicate with clarity and care
• Resolve conflict in ways that deepen connection
• Give feedback that strengthens relationships
