Momentum I: Leadership Development Program (Track B)
Momentum I is RIT's centralized leadership launchpad designed for students seeking to step into leadership roles at RIT and beyond. Throughout the program, students will explore meaningful leadership competencies, develop a deeper sense of belonging, and establish connections to key leadership opportunities, including Orientation Leaders, Residence Advisors, and Wellness Peer Educators.
During session I, we will address the power of self-awareness and how it relates to a number of key leadership experiences in the Center for Leadership and Civic Engagement. Come prepared to do a deep dive into some of your strengths and areas of growth. During the weeks following, you continue to define and refine the leader you desire to be. Upon completion of the program, you will receive a LinkedIn badge and certificate.
Please note: Attendance is required for four out of five of the sessions (not including the presentation day).
