Momentum I Leadership Program Fall 2023 Cohort
Momentum I is RIT’s centralized leadership launchpad to introduce students to meaningful competency development and to increase their sense of belonging through connections to key leadership opportunities including Orientation Leaders, Residence Advisors, RIT 365 Co-facilitators, and Club E-Board Roles.
The outcomes of participating in this leadership program include:
1. Participants will complete a Gallup Strength Audit and receive ongoing coaching to apply their individual strengths within the RIT Community.
2. Participants will gain access to application processes for key leadership experiences on-campus.
3. Participants will learn about co-curricular activities that can enhance the development of core leadership competencies.
At the end of the program, each participant will receive a certificate of completion.
This program is cohort-based, which means seats are limited. If you are interested in participating, please complete registration. We will then send you the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment via email, which must also be completed as part of registration.

5. Oct. 19, 2023
