Momentum I: Spring 2026 Cohort Interest Meeting

Momentum is a multi-level experiential leadership development program designed to introduce you to challenges impacting communities around the world and to equip you with the skills, competencies, and confidence you need to actively engage in efforts to address those challenges.

Momentum I is the first of the three series program and is the foundational leadership program for students seeking to learn more about their leadership identities and the key leadership experiences available on RIT's campus. Students will be guided by facilitators in various Student Affairs offices with engaging activities that will spark curiosity and learning.

All students will have the opportunity to take the Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment and learn more about their top five strengths. Participants who complete the program will be honored at our spring semester celebration dinner and will have access to leadership opportunities.

We encourage all students interested in becoming a campus leader or applying for a leadership role in a student organization to register. This is a five-week program. Cohorts meet weekly for about 1.5 hours.

Dinner will be provided at each of the sessions.
