Momentum II: Allyship and Belonging

Momentum II is a full-day leadership development experience focused on allyship and belonging. Designed for students who have completed Momentum I or have demonstrated on-campus leadership experience, this program invites participants to explore inclusive leadership practices that foster a deeper sense of community and connection.

Through interactive workshops, reflective dialogue, and collaborative activities, participants will:

  • Deepen their understanding of allyship and its role in creating equitable spaces
  • Strengthen their ability to collaborate across differences
  • Explore the intersection of identity, power, and leadership
  • Build community with peers committed to inclusive excellence

Presented by the Center for Leadership and Civic Engagement in partnership with the Women, Gender and Sexuality Resource Center, this program centers equity, empathy, and collaboration.

Lunch will be provided. Interpreter services are available upon request.
