Momentum II: Leading Through Conflict
Step into the next level of your leadership journey with Momentum II—a powerful, hands-on experience designed for RIT students who want to lead with confidence, clarity, and compassion, especially when navigating conflict.
On Saturday, September 27th, we’re partnering with the RIT Ombuds Office and the Center for Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution to explore how effective leaders manage tension, foster understanding, and strengthen communities through challenge.
Through interactive workshops, real-world scenarios, and guided reflection, you’ll build practical skills to:
- Navigate disagreements with empathy and integrity
- Mediate peer challenges and group dynamics
- Lead with emotional intelligence and accountability
Whether you're a student leader, aspiring changemaker, or simply curious about handling conflict more effectively, Momentum II will help you grow your impact and leadership presence.
