National Suicide Prevention Week: Check-In and Chill Out
Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. Join Odessa Despot, PsyD, staff psychologist and Erin Pomerantz-Castillo, LMHC, associate director of clinical services, and students as we check-in about your day-to-day stress and emotions, do some fun polls, and learn important information about mental health and well-being.
Join us virtually and on social media to learn from and connect with peers, the RIT community, and life-saving resources during our fourth annual National Suicide Prevention Week. Connecting with others and with resources can make a crucial difference in reducing suicide risk. Together, we can make a difference!
Live captioning and interpreters will be available for this event.
