NEDA Week- "Reconnect and Relax" (Free Yoga class)

In recognition of National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA) Week, join CaPS for a special Mindful Yoga Class designed to foster self-compassion, body respect, and healing through gentle movement, breathwork, and guided mindfulness. This free yoga class is offered to everybody to remember our heart-mind-body connection and restore wellbeing. All levels are welcome as we create a safe, inclusive space to slow down, reconnect, and leave feeling grounded and supported.
