NTID Alumni Presentation on Creating a Nonprofit for the Deaf
Join us for “From Vision to Reality: Building a Nonprofit for the Deaf Community,” a presentation by RIT/NTID alum Chad Ludwig ’97, Monday, March 17, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the Dyer Arts Center, in LBJ Hall, on the RIT campus.
The NTID community – faculty, staff, students, and alums are invited to join Ludwig, MSW, ADAC, CDI, founder and executive of Bridges Oregon, who will present about his experience establishing his non-profit organization for the deaf community. Ludwig will cover topics on legislative and grant work, building an organization from the ground up, lessons learned, and more!
Ludwig is a graduate of RIT’s social work program and has served as director of the regional resource center on deafness at Western Oregon University. He holds a master’s degree from East Carolina University and is a certified ADA coordinator and a certified Deaf and DeafBlind interpreter.
