NTID CaPS Drop-In Connections

Feel Alone? Need to Talk? Want to Connect?

These drop-in’s provide a safe space to connect to other students. Students can share feelings, questions, and ideas about how to cope with the new world of COVID-19 pandemic, or anything else related to anxiety, depression, feeling stressed/overwhelmed, etc. What we talk about is up to YOU!

All NTID-supported students are welcome. This will be in ASL – if accommodation is needed, e-mail gxfnps@rit.edu.

To join us, please register and agree to our participation guidelines. Once registered, an email will be sent including the Zoom link to access the group. There is a different link each week, you will need to register for each week you would like to join.

**Please be aware, these groups are not a replacement for psychotherapy.
We know this is a difficult time for all members of our community. If you are struggling and need personal mental health services please reach out to NTID CaPS (Voice/VRS: 585-475-2261, VP: 585-270-7280 or e-mail: caps@rit.edu). If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 211 or 911.
